District Brewery Condo Guide
District Brewery is a 3-story mixed use condo/hotel/retail development coming to the South Slope neighborhood.
The condos received final approval for construction in November 2021 and planning and development are currently in progress.
Plans for the condos include 10 residential units on the 3rd (top) floor of the building.
The condos are estimated to be complete in Spring 2024.
Pre-sales for the condos have not yet begun.
Building Exclusivity
With only 10 units slated for construction, residential ownership in District Brewery will be limited and exclusive.
South Slope Design and Style
District Brewery will fit in seamlessly with the neighborhood with it’s planned brick exterior.The interior plans include a layered look with a mix of modern finishes, antique furniture and interesting chandeliers.
On-Site Dining
The first floor will include a restaurant and brewery space and there are plans to place a food truck on the building’s rooftop.
Short-Term Rentals
Though it remains to be confirmed, the building is expected to permit the use of residences as Short-Term Rentals.
Building Construction
Planning is already underway and construction is anticipated to begin May 2024. The team is being led by Brett Krueger and includes Peter Alberice Brooks Engineering Associates and associates at Headwater Environmental, Inc.

District Brewery will be located on approximately a half-acre of land in the South Slope neighborhood of Ashville, North Carolina, right off of Collier Avenue.

The District Brewery is expected to have a generous pet policy allowing residents and guests alike to bring pets.
